Joan, I don't have any problem with building up the glut in DSPs. What the street forgets is that this is a dinky category compared to DRAMs and MPCs and even logic chips. I am still mad AMAT didn't get to $70 so I could buy puts there. But I would not reload under $60. It has a lot of support down here and all news is interpreted as good news. When a 5% earnings decline is considered a blowout quarter, you know the buyers have a problem with reality. Right now, after the stock missing at $70, I have no position and am waiting for a dead cat bounce to jump back in.
