Helene, >Woa....unfortunately I don't think this is such a swell idea. I think it is stepping on the company's toes (PNLK). If I was a member, trying to conduct business, I would consider such emails intrusive. A business is there for one purpose....to conduct business....not to satisfy the curiosity of a faceless person who just happens to be a shareholder and who has no interest whatsoever in doing business. I'm surprised that he got even one response to the email "campaign". Bad idea. Totally out of line as far as I'm concerned. Let them conduct their business without clogging their Inboxes with questions. We want them to conduct business, remember? That's what PNL is all about. Just my opinion.
