I think that two months ago Reiter could have been IPO'd, but clearly not now. EXDS is a public web hosting business, so they do exist. I think that for now internet IPOs are dead until such time as the internuts start to sizzle again, and I'm not sure when that might be. I'd say that unless TVoW's results are spectacular, an IPO of them is out of the question, too. And if the results are spectacular, why do an IPO? At this point I favor another convertible deal. How about an quick deal for $36 million, covertible at $6? Carl
