Then why did you bring it up for dufus!!!! That's the whole point, this POS hasn't ever filed anything and may not ever, all they've done is lie about it for months on end, when does it begin to sink in? Mr. Burns

Correct Robert. ZSUN posted its audited financials on its Web site,... however, I was expecting the official filing to have taken place by now. I have sent an e-mail to the Company to find out the cause of the delay and the actual date they plan to file. Of course, I'll keep our expectant friends faithfully posted of any relevant developments. Talking about down ticks, I see the stock is up 15%, but it's probably a misprint, so I am not getting excited, or anything. Regards, F. Goelo + + +
