BancBoston, the third underwriter for razorfish initiated their coverage with of course, a buy rating. They had some interesting things to say about the company and the sector, particularly: "'We are initiating coverage of Razorfish with a Buy rating. In our opinion, the company represents an opportunity to invest in
the Internet, while avoiding the risks associated with direct investment in the underlying technology or emerging business
models,'' said Birer. ''The market for Internet-based services, estimated at $2.4 billion in 1997, is expected to grow to $32.8
billion in 2002.

''With the stock trading at approximately 13 times our 2000 revenue estimate of $70 million, we see little room for multiple
expansion from these levels. However, we do see strong potential for the company to exceed our operating projections, which
we feel will propel continued appreciation in share price,'' said Birer.

BB Robertson Stephens who had nothing to do with the ipo gave the stock a buy rating as well. We need word on the nasdaq folks soon. Options is a good second or third step...
