The huge volume with little price movement most of the time. Is a old insider crossing shares to the new insider as part of the deal of the shell being bought by a private company.

That is why the price won't move with all the volume. The buyer and seller are matched with equal amounts.

After the crossing is finished the company should announce the merger. And start to give out some info to us lowly common share holders. Again this is just my opinion.
