Nic, these reports of the plummeting stock price might be scaring people out of the stock; or maybe it is the thought that Brocade can now pay its landlord in cash, or buy the best and brightest engineers availabel with the extra cahs that it has for R & D, as it increases its' market leadership based upon historical numbers when compared to Ancor and others. I also suspect that is a price to sales comparison is done to compare the relative prices of Brocade and Ancor, and this, too, will drive down the price.

At the same time, I believe that the comparisons will trend in favor of Ancor, particularly given the half dozen OEM deals which we have landed and the channel sales to be anticipated.
