I'd love to see the company sold off in pieces, since I doubt any one buyer would really be interested in all aspects of the company. Have the proceeds go directly to the shareholders and let us worry about the tax issues, etc. On the other hand, purchasing the whole salami may enable the acquirer to unload the non-telecom assets and thereby defray the initial expense.

If I had any interest in buying this company, I would be accumulating shares right now, using third party agents. Then I would negotiate to buy out the rest of the shares at a price closer to the company's projected revenues, etc. Would be cheaper in the long run.

Unless I am wrong I think that the Muller acquisition passed on the licensing to DCI when purchased, not aware of any movies that the division owns outright.,, Barbara
