Melinda, some of these people need serious help, not only about make- up, but elementary grooming, learning the norms of punctuality, and how to behave in interviews.....

One thing I found out about recently others may be interested in is people who rehab old cars that are donated, for people who are trying to re-enter the work force. It is hard for some people to get to work without a car, depending on where they live. There may be an organization, I don't know. We have always driven our cars until they are practically junk, and then given them to the Salvation Army, which will take them. But next time I would rather try to give it to someone re-entering the work force. Maybe with a charity as an intermediary, so I don't wind up getting sued for something.
