Yeah, I bought another 20K shares. Total holding now over 60K shares.

Why not? If this goes to $1 in the next year, which I expect it to, I'll be looking at a four-bagger.

And I really don't see a downside, since the book value of the assets is a little less than double the share price.

If the share price goes above .50 for an appreciable length of time, financing deals can be closed, and all will be well with the world.
