<..I just use you guys as a contra indicator..>

Then you bought at 80 when I posted I was shorting/buying puts? Ouch - too bad, but that'll teach you. Fortunately you were likely still in positive territory (depending on how much you bought going contrary on me) from your previous joyride up.

<..since you and Tim both have the same goal of seeing the price drop. ..>

Ahh, I see. The phrasing is telling. While it's pretty clear from your posts that you in fact have a goal of seeing/talking the price higher, my only goal is to understand the technology and business model (and as much as possible, market conditions like momentum thermals and gradients) to make better investment decisions. That the AWRE fundamentals don't support (and haven't for awhile) the stock price, doesn't take away the fun and profit of the amazing AWRE joyride.

Denial? What would I have to be in denial about? Amati patent rights? You mean tone-swapping that Cioffi & Co finagled into T1E1? That TI gets less than .50/chip for? Don't know where you pulled "denial" from (hate to think, actually <g>), but it's either some silly straw-man attempt or just a trademark Scraps non-sequitor

And what Aware patents are *you* Aware of that are essential for G.Lite (or *any* xDSL) standard, for that matter?

Good luck - here's to conscientious (if not "Aware") investing.

(...And how 'BOUT those per chip licensing revenues? <gg>)
