Well it is possible. DELL is getting so large that they need to beef up their executive management committee. Their shortfalls for the last two quarters were avoidable if sufficient attention had been paid early enough to the revenue problems. These amounted to 100-200 M each. The first was due to pricing policy. The second seems to be due to some malfunction in Europe this last quarter. These are signs that the management team is stretched a little thin.
