Sometime this fall ... they have to wait for the completion of the *audited* financials at fiscal year end (7/31) and if done in a timely manner, should be completed by end of September at the latest. So - looking for filing to be done late Sept. or early October.

Further to Barbara's response ... the real goal will be to have the SEC *accept* TSIS's filing. My understanding is that the company's filing with the SEC (Oct or Nov of this year) is just the beginning of an iterative process during which the company and its CPA firm iron out any issues which the SEC may arise.

Nevertheless, the company has committed to becoming a reporting company, and that in itself is a positive step.
