Bobby - 1295 would make this downmove (starting from 1350) equal to the first wave down in the S&P (roughly 55 points from 1375-1320+). Also, the subwaves within this wave 3/C down from 1350 point toward 1295/6.

Perhaps we will see a small bounce there - chance of testing that 50-d EMA before we see just how long people are in the NUTZ.
