One more thing on the DJBB this bond average could easily reverse back down again. Going back to my comments on the Afternoon call, in 1994 the DJBB reversed up for a few weeks, reversed down again, then up again as if it were fining a bottom. In October the overall broad averages broke to a new low carrying the DJBB with it for its final bottom. The good sign going along with this reversal up is the Utility sector which is close to reversing up on its Bullish Percent Index. If the DJBB reversed down again it would set up a buy signal at a low level which wold be very good. Don't bet the ranch on zero's on this reversal. Althouhg a ray of light, the low pole is much higher from this level. Tom
