If anyone needs convincing that OTC-BB stocks are manipulated.

Check out the activity in ZSUN today vs. the legitimate net stocks.

ZSUN is worth zero a share. a great short - but obviously squeezable. Proceed with caution.

Bill,

That's quite an org chart for a company that's never shipped product at all. Somehow I never noticed it before. It reinforces my conviction that your analysis of this situation is correct.

I've dealt with companies which have revenues in excess of $500m per year, more than 100 employees, REAL manufacturing in multiple countries, and still only 2-3 operating companies.

VLNC's looks like it was designed with the objective of creating confusing financial statements which hide the true state of the company. Their choice of locations for the operating companies would tend to reinforce this. They seem to have chosen a network of tax havens, plus a country with a history of nepotism, favoritism, fraud and poor financial disclosure. (Anybody who really thinks the Koreans cleaned up their act due to the latest financial crisis is nuts. They made a nice show with some of the most eggregious offenders and swept the rest under the rug.)

Also, why would a "high tech" company choose a foreign cement maker as their manufacturing partner?

Of course, I really should have expected no less.

In my regular discussions with customer service managers from the major PC OEMs, I have heard no discussion whatsoever about LiPoly battery technologies being on the roadmap. Such design changes usually are at least 8 months (and often longer) in planning, as they usually require a fairly complete chassis design.
