it looks like the volume has really slowed down are there alot of shares available on level II (sorry cannot access by level II today)

Steve: Thanks for pointing that out. I would like to see some comparative numbers for each of those revenue sources, but it can wait.

In principle, I like the recurring revenues from licenses and other activities but what proportion is that going to be? I like the 85% direct, although that might change if they enter into partnerships where they supply the partner as a distributor. Also like the intention to continue innovative product development organically and through acquisition, but I am not clear how much cash or borrowing power they have for that. At the moment the share price is not a very strong or reliable currency to fund acquisitions.

I wonder what kind of a presence they have in London - on those skimpy notes it sounds like the sales people are in the US.

I wonder if they gave any idea of what kind of sequential revenue growth can be expected?
