I do agree with you that ANCR just might offer more opportunity for growth; however, I suspect it would be because of technical opportunities as well as corporate culture issues. It's interesting to note that there are an awful lot of ex-Brocade employees out there. Might this suggest that all is not sweetness and light in Brocade-land?

There are many ex-Brocade people because they disagreed with the direction of the company or found something more interesting to do when there was a lull in their project at BRCD. That is the law of SIlicon Valley, keep it interesting or loose me, don't piss me off or lose me.......Actually the numbers are not as high as you might think. And alot of these people are loyal to an exec and follow eachother around. Larry Marques and I have worked together three times now and brough people with us to each of the companies. Many of Brocade's engineering staff members worked together at Sun.
