Pashoe1, Of course you are correct. A Class Action suit normally would not yield anything except big fees to the lawyers (g) What we CAN accomplish is getting the Company to RETRACT/ CORRECT the incorrect statement, because as long as their GUARANTEE remains open TIPS is getting DILUTED. Diluted because more and more TIPS shares will need to be issued to those who sold post-May 17th AND to those who bought those shares! Additionally if any control persons SOLD THEIR SHARES, the proceeds would be taken away from them, and probably placed into our Company as "additional paid in capital" with no shares issued back.
