Just as we were with USAT and CTRN. The truth hurts unprosperous one but the truth is what really matters. Go to the USAT board and the CTRN board right before the trading halts. Been there, done that and now its TMRT's turn.

Buy the rumor, sell the news, soulfood. Speaking for myself, I will not be covering when the site comes out. As a matter of fact, I will probably sell more than twice my position the days before and after the opening(if it ever happens). My bet is when people see the "CompUSA software aisle box" website that these buttheads unveil, this thing nosedives to $2. BTW, I haven't heard you mention IBM in a while. Are these crooks, I mean, is the company still claiming IBM is developing the site?

Prosperous,
Just a question for you. No position currently but very curious about an answer. Why would you think that a non reporting bb company which has changed businesses twice in one year with no proven track record except one of a questionable nature (owners backgrounds, reverse merger etc)would currently be worth 1/2 billion in market cap? Not trying to slam you but out of all the internet companies to invest in why this one? NO sales,no site yet, no proprietary tech(not even a reporting company) etc. etc. You can't say its cheap. You can't say its a revolutionary concept. Why would a knowledable investor buy this stock? Based on this info why wouldn't you short this stock?
Just trying to understand your thought process,
Rob

Where are the potential USERS for this wunnerful new site being held? You got them squirreled away in Amazon's distribution centers?

The LA Times, and every major reporter now have a copy of the Truthseeker report including the SEC. It should be not long before Mr. Magliarditi, Mr. Rebeil are exposed for this Ponzi scheme.

In a Ponzi scheme, named for an Italian immigrant who defrauded thousands of investors after World War One, initial investors are paid off by money from later ones. In the end the ones holding the bag end up losing everything. TMRT is a Ponzi scam Charles Ponzi would be proud of.

In short, in TMRT this is what we have:

A) The company is a non-reporting, OTCBB, reverse-merger company that on paper is worth $640 million.

B) The company, with offices in Irvine, California is run by a still-practicing Las Vegas lawyer and a Vegas construction company owner, who appears to spend a lot of time in Florida racing cars.

C) The company has no operational website.

D) The company has not met its target date for filing with the SEC.

E) The company's principals have been in serious trouble with the IRS, requiring CID raids.

F) The company's principals have no background in the high-tech industry.

G) The company's principals have no background in the auction industry.

H) The company's principals have been denied gaming licenses.

I) The company's CEO, Magliarditi, has defrauded employers in the past.

J) The company's other large shareholder, Rebeil, defrauded customers in the past.

K) The company is in default with the Nevada Secretary of State

WHAT a Business!!!!!
