At least it held the solid support line at 97 at the close. GNET did as well as most of the internets at the close after doing better through most of the day. I worry about what happens if tomorrow is another off day. Below 97, I see support at 84 and then 70.

Those TA support levels aren't as significant in a stock like GNET with little institutional interest, but they seem to be playing a role in the fall. Most of the stocks I've been watching are jumping up at least briefly when they near support. But with the sector falling so drastically, all such stuff seems weak.

GNET >>>> Internet Stocks are getting trashed without a reason

Take a look at today's closing and last 20 days prices on:

GNET
YHOO
AOL
CMGI
EBAY
INKT
DCLK
NETG
NTBK
ETYS
XCIT
ATHM
UBID
AMZN
SEEK

And this bloodbath is just without any major reason. None of these companies came out with any warning. Internet continues to explode worldwide and US based companies are the ones to benefit the most from its explosion.

I don't get it. Its crazy. People who were so bullish have turned bearish and have realized that it is easy to make money going short these days.
What happened to all those analysts who said YHOO was a STRONG BUY at $200 plus with a 12 month price target of $450.
Where is Needham & co ? Why aren't they upgrading GNET now?

Just my views.
