Many times, winning is not a monetary issue. Every single day the sec and all other governing agencies are drafting new laws and legislation to govern issues now being presented by the internet. Precedents are being set every single day....... Folks that are involved in unsrupulous behavior will eventually have to face the music, but it requires people to step forward and take action...even a simple complaint sent in to the sec, ftc, ago and etc, etc, is enough to get things going. There are also large groups that get together to fight a single cause. For instance...certain paid Promoters we all know and love....If anybody were to open their eyes, they would see there is currently an avenue to take concerning this....nobody should stand still and let the crooks have their way. Any individual or business that is being paid by a company in cash or stock options, has certain laws to abide by. A disclaimer will only protect so much, as any promoter that is naive enough to think they can buy and sell stock in companies they promote, at their own free will will out full disclosure, is certainly setting themselves up for a very serious downfall of epic proportions. Additionally, certain promoters that have a " known history " of engaging in certain business practices is not only opening themselves up to possible criminal charges, but also civil action as well. I have been watching many of these " promoters " for some time now...rest assured...that although they carry on about their business, MUCH is being done and one day soon, these " promoters " are going to feel like they have been run over by a mack truck. Have a great day....and again, I urge anybody and everybody that has a complaint...no matter how trivial, please forward this complaint to the proper authorities.. KG
