My belief of a bear market in the U.S. is not based on technicals but my belief in YING-YANG (BALANCE in NATURE). Nature works in cycles balancing the ups and down.

Hmm... I am not sure how these two views of the market cannot exist hand in hand. To me they are just the same thing.
