Hey Gang, Found a new DD site. globeinvestor.com and here is a notice about web-c globeinvestor.com Net Shepherd - Tuesday, May 25, 1999 Net Shepherd Inc. says it has hired Rampart Securities Ltd. to raise up to $5-million through a private placement. The Calgary-based software maker said it plans to use the money to improve its technology, which is used to help companies do business over the Internet. The private placements will be made through special warrants. The price of those warrants hasn't yet been determined. moosie
