After your posting I got in contact with someone at Worldnet about the CasinoPirata web site this is the answer I got.

"First, it is in JAVA, second, he wants it flashier, WRONG, third he wants no download, WOW doesn't everyone. To many graphics hurts the site, second, a web based casino requires ton's of bandwidth in a country that it is not illegal, this bandwidth not only costs about $60,000 per month for a T-1, you have to wait in line to get it, over one year."

I love the companies site. I play there all the time with out a problem. casinopirata.com

Yeh says he was given $685,000 in credit at the baccarat tables during the resort's opening weekend in October last year, and allegedly has not paid it back.
