Well it's an interesting point , but the answer is that we didn't needed NASDAQ listing at first. Look at the chart, and at the volume, volume is not always good. You see before the split, the increase was pretty steady and constant, as were and still is, growth.

And then the NASDAQ listing (February 99), if you go back last year, i was telling people who were in a hurry to get the listing that i would probably sell just before.....and i didn't <ggg>

If you look at the chart the first big drop in June July time was, guess what, A US SHORT SELLER FIRM, "OFF WALL STREET" issue a report that ATI would be almost finish by next year ( was reading it lately...what a joke), i still wonder why they did it, probably out of frustration that ATI was beating every US competitors at the game. Then in February was the N day (nasdaq listing), since then the price is going no where but the financials are even better than in 97 98.
