OTOT I just took a walk and am trying to get my frigging weed whacker started but I am still pissed about selling off like the company is going out of business.

beg to differ, the "whole market" did not "blow up". My own net has improved 50% in the last few weeks, (long stock only, moderate margin). This is due to a) staying away from ridiculous prices that keep you awake at night. b) buying into obvious bargains and sticking with them in the face of the farcical market of nasdaq "leaders". c) luck (I'm not smart, this is still a bull market).

Get used to life below the 200 dma, folks. Holding stocks isn't supposed to be fun.
