tim,

Sorry, I don't have the number. I've requested it from Semtech Investor Relations, and I'll let you know when I know. However, one of the other posters might have it. Anyone?

This report sounded like the good times are just getting started. Words like "ramp in R&D spending beginning to pay off ..."

Usually, companies won't be so specific in their outlook: "...sequential revenue growth in the upper single digits ..."

Oh boy! This next year might be very interesting. If revenue growth increases to the 40% ball park, and if earnings growth follows, as it should, we could very well see an expansion of the P/E multiple. Some companies with growth rates in this range have ridiculous multiples, with 60 not unheard of. If we apply a P/E of 40 on next year estimates of $1.55, we get a price of $62.

Best of luck to us all.

Stu B.
