Roger -- If you check the chart, Terayon is developing DOCSIS products but is not certified. Their S-CDMA technology is proprietary and all I know is they're developing voice with Rogers Comm, a Canadian cable provider, and that their primary markets are in Canada and South America. Terayon's price premium may be related to its analyst coverage. I can't find any other explanation. Pat
