Well anything is possible but I have been watching this stock for a long time and the action in the last few weeks (or lack there of) does not point to a takeover. This is more likely an NR foreshadowing a new financing which will probably be the next NR which will probably bring the price down. FWIW I sold all of my stock today which I bought over the past few weeks at an average $0.40. The grades are great but the intersections are narrow. If there was to be a takeover I doubt that CC and Nesbitt would have been selling like they were today. CC knows this company inside and out.
