Here is the full release of adelite communications..... 5/25/99 - Adelite Acquires More Than 10 % of the Shares of Telepresence INTERNATIONAL TELEPRESENCE (CANADA) INC ("ITLP-Z;IPRCF-L") - Adelite Acquires More Than 10 % of the Shares of Telepresence Adelite Communications Corporation announces that on May 7, 1999 it acquired 4.5 million common shares and 4.5 million share purchase warrants of International Telepresence (Canada) Inc. upon the conversion by it of a debenture, in the principal amount of $450,000, previously issued to it by Telepresence. Adelite did not hold any shares of International Telepresence prior to the conversion of the debenture. The share purchase warrants held by Adelite are exercisable until September 10, 2000. Adelite acquired the shares and warrants with a view to long-term investment.
