I find the only way we can acquire or sell on the CDN is buy hitting the ask or bid. if you post in between that, no hit. i agree, pretty slimy.

There's nothing necessarily slimy about what happened to you, it is just the way that that exchange works. This is why companies pay a premium to be listed on the bigger exchanges.
