BS, "How else can you describe a six-month closing low?" asked Greg Nie, chief technical analyst at Everen Securities in Chicago. "It does raise the risk you'll start shaking out holders of the stock. As soon as they start looking for value, which the smokestacks brought out of retirement, they'll look to INTC. At 26, Intel's P/E is less than that of the S&P 500. I think Intel's still better than the average S&P company. Scumbria, don't go giving me the up only 5% since 8/97, thanks anyway. I'm still up almost 50% on my last buy from last fall. INTC's chart history, with prolonged side to down movements, followed by fast risetimes, breaks the double bottom, triple bottom, 50, 200 day moving averages rules all the time. I think I will write a load of PUTs. Imagine being able to load up in the 40s! EP
