ithasnospaces,
It's time to put this debate to rest.

This debate yes. The debate that DOUG BUTCHER IS INCOMPETENT. ALL NEW INVESTORS PLEASE INVESTIGATE THOUROUGHLY, is not over.

I didn't know that Doug's wife was on the board. I never made it a point to investigate who was on the board. I found out the same time you guys did, when the 10K was released. I agree with you that the board needs independent representation, and that Doug's wife poses a potential conflict of interest.

Potential has no place in that phrase. It is a conflict of interest. Period.

However, I'm not going to call up Doug and tell him to kick his wife off the board. That's not my responsibility as a shareholder and I'm obviously not in a position of authority to do anything about it. That's a board decision, not mine. If and when the director appointments come up for vote again, I will exercise my right and vote for whom I chose. That is my responsibility.

ASSUMING THAT THE PROXIES ARE MAILED OUT IN ADEQUATE TIME. You do seem to want to do good, if a little lost and naive. (Unlike Marcus who's just obviously lost his ability to think in a tragic pithing accident.) DO YOU THINK IT WAS AN ACCIDENT IT WAS CUT SO CLOSE?

ONE: IS THE STOCK PRICE DOWN? Obviously.
TWO: DOES MANAGEMENT USUALLY FACE RESPONSIBILITY FOR STOCK PERFORMANCE? Ultimately, yes.
THREE: IS THIS BOARD INDEPENDENT? Obviously not.
FOUR: DID YOU RAISE THE VISIBILITY OF THIS STOCK TO THE MARKET? Yes, as did almost every poster on this thread. As does every active poster on SI, trying to promote stocks they own to other people. That's the whole idea, buy a stock and hope others buy it too.
We obviously both want this stock to go up. Hopefully we'll start seeing improvement this quarter. We'll hopefully get a strong opening to the waterpark with lots of fanfare, we'll hopefully get more updates on the other divisions, and we'll hopefully see positive net income on the 3rd qtr 10Q. Anything less would be a disappointment.
And I doubt Leonida Butcher being on the board will have a significant impact one way or another on the 3rd quarter results.
Gator

I want to publicly thank you for answering the questions. It shows an effort at discourse beyond wanting to track me down (HEY MARCUS, I'm thinking about you!) Your answers to the first three are the same as mine and it damns this stock as an investment. But I disagree with the fourth. Everyone participate in the discourse, you accepted compensation for it. You did put in your disclosure and I will say again that it is more that anyone else will(would do). As for waiting for the next quarters -- that is nothing but the same old saw -- now one year older.

DOUG BUTCHER IS INCOMPETENT. I BELIEVE THAT THERE IS NO WAY WITH THE CURRENT INFORMATION THAT THIS IS A VALID INVESTMENT BY ANY STANDARD. JUST SAYING ( for you marcus) that we should be quiet is the same as saying we should stick the next person. DOUG BUTCHER GRADUATED SOMEONE FROM THE MISSIONARY POSITION TO A BOARD POSITION. IT DOESN'T APPEAR TO BE A CONFLICT. IT IS. There is NO WAY that anyone should invest in any stock that does not have an independent board. Period.

Now for the Marcus translation: Play dates with friends who take your lunch money is bad-bad. Not good way for best friends to play-play. (Take that finger out of your nose, we're almost home!)
