Yeah! Just thought about market correction. A net friend has been worried, and I am upset because I did not warn him that correction could be more serious than I thought. At Monday's close, Ralph Acampora predicted another 5 percent drop. I'm not going down with any zinga market so, over the past month or so, I have sold shares in AOL and other tech stocks. I have shifted money into conservative areas. Vividly, I recall what happened to NETSCAPE and Micron Technology in the past. However, I had not planned on paying a bundle in capital gains. Mind you, I have not sold any shares in long-term holdings like Sun Microsystems. I have other techs but it is the only one I can think of at the moment. Also, come hell or high water, I will hold DOW stocks like Merck, Johnson & Johnson, BMY, General Electric etc. And, of course, I will hold AMAT and my other semis. How bout you? How do you hold up in this market? M.............. PS: Beau Jocque sings song about Cisco Kid that I mentioned. It was very strange that I happened to see your message about Cisco Kid when song played. I had meant to send a PM to someone else and I clicked on your name by mistake. And you were chatting about the Cisco Kid. <g>
