GNET >> People like myself that did not buy 1 share on margin

Can ask the brokerage company to send the share certificate like someone suggested on some message board. How does it work if I ask my broker to move my shares from Margin account to Cash account.
I have not bought GNET or any other stocks on margin. I have a margin account so it lists the purchase under Margin.
I still have huge margin buying power because I own thousands of GNET. So if I ask my brokerage company to move those shares to Cash account does that mean that hat much float will be out of market.
MM or brokerage firms can not misuse those shares for short sellers and allowing others to short the stocks.

Someone more knowledgeable please fill me in on this. I am prepared to move my thousands of GNET is that will help longs.

Just my views.
