More specifically, I really don't think that the market has had time to digest what this alliance might mean to Net Shepherd. Given the recent announcement of the Private Placement to raise additional funds, the market may also be concerned about a possible dilution of the shares. However, in my opinion, the increased capital the company generates will allow them to further enhance their technology therefore enabling them to expedite the achievement of their business goals for 1999. I see this additional capital as way to drive revenues and profits higher and it will more than offset any negative impact an additional private placement would have. In summary, I believe that people need to understand what is going on. Once this story gets out to more people, I see it having a positive effect. That is why I posted the DD today. Crazy Canuk
