Snodog, I'll take # 5,000....while nobody is looking. Based on a quick at both the SB-2 and SB-2A......It would seen to be little things.....The biggest being the registering of the warrant shares...and including them in the total shares outstanding. I think the rest is language......and they also request expedited treatment. I would think that the changes were slight enough to allow for expedited treatment......but that is also assuming that there are not 50 other documents on the guy's desk....also asking for expedited treatment. Don't know for sure....but I would have to think that we are now down to the finishing touches. The stock will let you know.......Amazon is not at $60.00 yet.....and I know we want to hit this at the bottom of the internet selloff...... bg
