Bald Eagle...E-Mail your complaints to Rob Newton @ rnewton@tsig.com I don't know if he'll answer, but if he doesn't, then call him at 888-883-8744. I know, one shouldn't have to go to these extremes to get answers. We all may have to go through a little extra trouble to voice our complaints and or constructive criticism until the business engine smoothes out. We will be doing all of ourselves a favor in the long run. Evidently there are still a few bugs to be worked out. We need to get the word to them to get these problem areas tweaked before the onslaught of public business overwhelms them. I don't mind going through a little extra trouble to help smooth things out. TSIG has always been appreciatve towards me. Who knows what they're saying about me behind my back...LOL...Whatever it takes to get the job done. Well, just a thought... Jerry
