That was a dang summary ... SOmetimes people fall for the words and not the facts. Bernie want 66% ownership which would have been fine but he spun off all the assets. There are these types fraught int he market. Remember the DD would have required an audit of the assets. Bernie did not want the audit I will bet you but used CBQ as a selling points to raise financing and finacial gain for his new companies that were suppose to go into CBQ. SInce that be so obvious and when I talked to Bernuie he even stated he was going to do even more. Though I believed his story about how CBQ was going to make all the money and not have to realize the operating of the companies I still questions how could CBQ go to NASDAQ if they did not have assets only revenues. Apparently the BOD at the time agreed but what Bernie did not know apparently is there was a better deal that wanted to come in that became the better deal once CItX spun off the assets. Sherriff was not a happy camper once he discovered the spin off of assets and raise heck about it. He refused to do the execution or the DD. Sherrif had GLPLLC on the back burner. He caught heck himself when he protested the CITX deal when the spin off once announced. Sherrif realizes that not all the stories that ome to the table are valid and with evil as fraught in the market as it is ... I am glad someone raised heck. Now GLP has influence and international contacts, not a start company but one with full manpower and management forces, plus they have assets and revenue sand an audit already. I also heard the amount of shares was something like 75% less than what Bernie wanted. SO the dilution which affects the shareholder equity came out real well. Let them drive it down or people sell it off .. I will be at the floor I grant you. :-) GB
