Angler; The bid is opening up, that means that the MM's are buying and trying to discourage you from buying. A prelude to another run up. It's time to accumulate IMHO. This is the time to buy before the day traders come back for another dip in the AGCR pool. $0.03 < = BUY. Just my opinion from watching this for the past few months. It would be nice if AGCR helped with some news every once in a while.
