Does anyone know how you report problems with online traders to the SEC? I am getting different stories EVERY day from NDB with regards to my margin account and I would like to inquire with the SEC.

I think e*trade is playing the game with its customers. I spend a lot of time for catch a IPO but never get one although I did applied several times but no luck getting even one share of IPO. Therefore, I give it up and take my money from e*trade to other place.
