In its annual report to the securities authorities in British Columbia filed on May 20, 1999, SLUP states that it owns a 25% interest in John Beech Ltd. This is the first that I have heard of this. Is this something new or has hawkeye overlooked something in SLUP's filings with the SEC ????????????

If you are an investor with this company don't feel sorry for them you should feel sorry for yourself because your not going to make any money trading like it is. We need a resolution to the problem and only the SEC can do that and I think they should get off their ass and do their job in a more timely matter so the shareholder's of this or any other company they deal with can get the facts whether they are good or bad we need to know so we can make an intelligent decision about the company we hold shares in. I personally have meet with the management of the company and I know they are working hard and the company is starting to do more work all the time and that is all I ask from any company. As far as being misled everything they have was in their 10K and if the SEC knows different please tell us the investors, but don't hold us at ransom.
