Kind of quiet here, isn't it?

The SF Chronicle has a front-page story this morning saying that IFMX is settling the pending shareholders' suits for $143 million. A Stanford law professor is quoted as saying, "Strong facts make for large settlements." There's even a very nice, front page, color photo of Phil "Not tonight, dear, I already screwed the stockholders" White. (The things some people will do to get their picture into the paper!)

Eric-- As a shareholder, I would rather believe Sydney. But as a realist, I value negative information. Do you know why your friends left, and their reasons for being negative on the company?

Thanks-- fred
