Zeev - Thanks for your insight. I agree that the "floorlessness" of the warrants and conversion rights is not as floorless as it seems, given the current stock price (which inherently limits the conversion related dilution) and the fact that the warrants and stock options have been calculated into "fully diluted" estimations of ATG's earnings potential. As for the cash issue, if VTS comes strong out of the box, it's a no brainer - if it does not, admittedly greater financial pressure may lead to more disadvantageous "financing" - but that being said, ATG has seemingly had the ability to raise money when needed (the Gomez private placement was oversubscribed, for example, and increased from 3 to 5.5 million by the time it was done).

In any case, I thought the spa comment was fascinating - I had not considered that, to the extent insiders (or at least stock traders close to the company) act on what they believe upcoming news to be, they move the chart in a direction that we sheep (I am speaking of myself, of course) later find out about and act on - which pushes the chart in a direction ahead of news. Do you have TA "skills" as it were? What do you think of ATG's chart at this point? Thanks.

For what it is worth, I have a client who works for Paine Webber. He offered me a tip and told me to check out ASTN. With a brokers firm this large pushing a single stock, this could affect the volume and price temporarily, couldn't it?
