Question for the board: How may the conditions of warrants in a company be changed? e.g. if a company was bought out by another company then might the board of directors decide to change the expiration date of the warrants to, for example, next month (and essentially render them worthless) - or change the conditions for calling the warrants or the strike price of the warrants? Can they do this? Are warrant holders protected to the same degree as shareholders?
