Hi Richard, I agree on the weakness continuing for a while in the reits, but the turndown should only be corrective in nature and not the resumption of the bear. We have had our down market and most of the reits that I own look to be going higher after some consolidation. Interestingly, RSR only likes the big cap reits and not the smaller caps. Barry Vincor is very conservative and so, I think he is wrong on the smaller cap not being able to participate in the reit rally. I sold my MHX at 24 1/2 but would like to buy it back when the timing is right. I think it's going much higher. I still own COPI which is consolidating nicely. The stock has good sponsorship and should make it back to double digits the the next year. My other specs are DX, which is down from about 15 to currently 3 and change on the threat of litigation and SCUR which has bad fundamentals but is way oversold. I also like HSD which will take sometime to work out. It is sponsored by SCZ which won't let them fail. Sanders is an operator with a terrific track record. Thanks for the stocks.
