Hi Chris,

With just over 40 million shares outstanding now, the JDS/UNPH merger can easily be completed with the currently authorized 100 million shares.

I wonder what they plan to do with all those additional shares.

P.S. With the drop in share price JDS is moving to a good buy range again. I intend to pick up a little more.
