That's a definition that is debatable and subjective. You believe that because it answers many questions that you have problems answering otherwise. I don't buy it. There are far more problems inherent in that process than you could ever understand. Better processes can be developed, and exist in the current environment. Technology has changed the world, which is why the gov't fears it and is trying to regulate it. If they are successful, then they don't have to worry about it undermining their authority. Unfortunately, it will anyway. Did you see the Matrix yet? Great movie. If you get past the occasionally lame dialogue and think a (just a little) out of the box with regard to its story, you might understand more about what I'm talking about.
