dabadabadoo, you wrote; someone earlier suggested a buyout instead of an IPO. that's possible altho i wonder if the outstanding debt wud discourage that.

From the preliminary year end and Q4 results
biz.yahoo.com
"Navarre also noted it has improved its cash position, and paid its revolving bank loan down to $300,000 at fiscal year-end 1999 as compared to $24,000,000 for the same period last year. "

dabadabadoo, am I missing something, does NAVR have any outstanding junk bond coming due or other debt? I thought with this last Q they were virtually debt free? Please Advise.

I can sleep so peaceful tonight knowing that our wonderful, experienced, knowledgeable management has the forsight to know when trying times are upon us and hold the IPO. A good example of their expert managerial decisions was today's declining market.

Having said that,
PLEASE --- everyone please be quite, Paulson may wake-up and ask where the IPO stands and want to put it on the market tomorrow.

The only way I'm going to get a good nights sleep after the above BS is to take sleeping pills. I do anyway over this mess !!!!
